How to use the ticket
In order to offer you better and faster customer service,we are setting up a new helping system.You do not need to email us but just submit a question ticket which is convenient and easy for both of us.
Step 1 Go to the help Wholesale page.
Step 2Complete all the information needed including your name,email,question category (select one from the dropdown menu),priority,subject and message.
Step 3You will get a noreply email if you have successfully submitted the ticket and also you will receive another noreply email when your ticket has been answered.
Each ticket has a tracking ID,with which you can search for it anytime.There will be a link for your ticket in the email,which will automatically lead you to the page.
